Retreat Overview

Set in the heart of the historic park, this afternoon mini‑retreat offers more than just movement — it invites you to press pause, connect deeply with yourself, and emerge centred and re‑energised.

What to Expect

  • A warm welcome and intention‑setting circle to begin.

  • A flowing Pilates session tailored to your body and breath.

  • A grounded restorative yoga sequence to release tension.

  • A guided meditation and sound bath to calm the nervous system and integrate the day’s work.

  • Nourishing refreshments, wholesome lunch and a space to relax amidst the park’s beauty.

Location & Timing

The gathering happens at Restoration Yard, nestled within Dalkeith Country Park — surrounded by nature with easy access from Edinburgh. (Parking onsite.)
